Terms of Use and Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of the EuroMedPath platform and the purchase of paid offers (Cycle Pass, Plus subscription).
2. Nature of the information provided
Information relating to universities, exams, fees and the recognition of degrees in France is provided for indicative purposes. It does not constitute legal or professional advice and must be verified with the competent authorities before any decision. EuroMedPath guarantees neither the permanent accuracy of this information nor an admission outcome.
3. Limitation of liability
EuroMedPath cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information or recommendations provided by the platform, nor for the consequences of data that has become inaccurate between two verifications.
4. Subscriptions and one-time payment
The Plus offer is a monthly subscription with no commitment, cancellable at any time from the client area (Stripe billing portal); access remains active until the end of the period already billed. The Cycle Pass offer is a one-time payment giving access to the service until the date indicated at the time of purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to European Union consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of the Cycle Pass, unless the user has expressly requested immediate performance of the service and it has already been consumed (e.g. analyses carried out).
